SUNCOM User Instructions

The SUNCOM Network provides many services to benefit the State of Florida and other governmental entities throughout Florida. 411 lists the majority of SUNCOM Long Distance subscribers. SUNCOM Long Distance Services offer a uniform dialing plan for both on-network and off-network long distance calls. SUNCOM is to be used for official state business only. Through SUNCOM, you can dial anywhere in the United States and Canada.

Dialing Instructions

Calling Long Distance from a telephone in the SUNCOM Network:
  1. Dial your access code (if applicable)
  2. Dial the 1 + area code (even if calling within your same area code)
  3. Dial the local telephone number
